Sa Franquesa Vella,
which dates back to the 15th century, a time of relative splendour in the
islands' culture, is an antique building which has been carefully restored,
retaining the charm of the typical rural Mallorcan houses. It is situated on
a small hill surrounded by fertile land where mainly cereals era grown, in a
countryside setting which is out of the ordinary, with the wide plain that
allows one to match the sunsets in an unusual environment. The building is situated between the towns of Villafranca de Bonany, Manacor and Felanitx, at 38 Km from the capital, Palma de Mallorca and 17 Km from the best and quietest beaches of the island of well as the golf courses of Eastern Mallorca.
